We have gone through your resume received on our company e-mail ID and we are glad to inform you that your profile has been shortlisted by Wings for Customer Service Associate (CSA) profile at Delhi International Airport IGI.
As per your primary selection procedure you will be scheduled for telephonic round of interview by the HR, where in you will be screened on the basis of your communication skills, education qualification and basic knowledge of Customer Service Industry – Aviation & Hospitality.
Further if you are further shortlisted during the telephonic interview you shall receive a confirmation call from the company followed by the Offer Letter which will be sent to you via e-mail.
You will be required to join us within 10-15 days of your confirmation.
As per the procedure you will be required to submit the attested copies of all your documents along with the submission of Training Security Deposit of Rs. 35,000 (Refundable) at the time of joining. This security amount will be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) payable at Delhi in favor of “Airport Wings Private Limited”
Note: – Training Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be refundable (interest free) after completing 15 months of employment with your first placed company. Rest of the amount will be adjusted in one Month Accommodation and food.
